The space

Guest access
The apartment is the entire SECOND FLOOR. It is completely private and guests for this unit have exclusive access to 1 porch and one 3 season room as well. There is shared access to the Laundry area in the basement. The back entrance and stairwell are shared space with the downstairs guests/tenants and separated from the apartment by a locked door. From inside the back door, the door to the apartment is up a flight of stairs and to the right on the second landing. Since the back door is closest to the parking area, it is used when we enter and leave the house. It's fine to use the front door for things like package and uber eats deliveries.
Other details
There are 2 free parking spaces in the driveway (for small to mid-size vehicles only) as well as plenty of free street parking available. The house is a triplex, so please do not block any part of the parking area or the driveway at any time. If you have a large vehicle, you may only be able to park one car in the parking area in front of the garage or you may need to park on the street. The Clifton bus line runs down the North side of Clifton during rush hour and you CANNOT park outside the house on the street from 4-6:30pm on weekdays. You will be ticketed and towed.
Interaction with guests
I'm happy to say hello and welcome you personally to my home OR to leave you alone to check-in and enjoy the space on your own. I'll follow your lead. Either way, feel free to reach out before, during or even after your stay if you need anything. I will respond as quickly as I’m able between the hours of 8am and 10pm. However, I will do my best to reply quickly to anything urgent regardless.

There are many restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops and other conveniences within walking distance. Heinen's and Whole Foods grocery stores as well as CVS Pharmacy are 3 min drive. Lakewood Park is a scenic one mile walk away. Walk half a mile to park benches at the North end of Webb Rd that overlook Lake Erie. The Rocky River MetroParks Valley & Marina is also a 3 m drive. The Clifton Line Bus runs through DT CLE. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway as well as plenty of street parking available.

Potential for Noise During Stay
This apartment is in a triplex on a main street in Lakewood. Though there is not a lot of noise and I've never received any complaints, there is potential for noise.
Pet(s) Live on Property
There are two dogs that live in the house. Both are friendly. You may run into one of them in the shared back stairwell or see them out in the fully fenced in backyard. My Great Pyrenees, Buck, is the house mascot and guardian.
